Court Services

Court Services
In 1999, Court Services saw a need in the Criminal Justice System to assist the repeat offender with rehabilitative educational components for juveniles and adults. With the support and assistance from Federal, State and Local government monies, all juvenile and indigent offenders are placed into these programs at little or no cost. Court Services provides educational programs for the following offenses; Prevention Plus (minor drug offenses), Level I & II Alcohol (OWI’s & alcohol related offenses), Anger Management (simple assault), Values Clarification (theft), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) (drug and alcohol, theft, violence, and positive drug screens). These programs service the City Prosecutor’s Office, District Attorney’s Office, State Office of Probation & Parole, Office of Youth Development, Misdemeanor Probation, F.I.N.S. (Families in Need of Services) and transferred cases from out of town court systems.
