The Information Services & Technology Department (IS&T) is responsible for managing the coordinated development of technology solutions for Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government and external organizations who contract with LCG for technology services. IS&T is comprised of 36 employees organized into 4 Divisions under the Office of the CIO.
- Director's Office (CIO)
- ERP Division – Responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the legacy mainframe ERP system, and for developing, maintaining, and supporting the new ERP system.
- Applications Division – Responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting vertical and horizontal computer applications with the exception of ERP and Public Safety applications.
- GIS and Public Safety Division - Responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the enterprise GIS system and public safety applications.
- Infrastructure and User Support Division - Responsible for planning, designing, and supporting the data and telecommunications infrastructure of LCG. Also responsible for data center operations.
