Police Investigate Early Morning Stabbing

Lafayette, LA – On July 27, 2016, at approximately 1:30 am, Lafayette Police responded to a stabbing that occurred in the parking lot of 121 E. Kaliste Saloom Road.  When officers arrived they discovered three victims suffering from stab wounds.  The victims stated they were sitting inside of a vehicle when two white or Hispanics males approached the car.  The two suspects were looking for an individual that the victims did not know.  The suspects drove away and then returned with 2 other male suspects approximately 20 minutes later.  The two groups of men began fighting at which time one of the suspects produced a knife and stabbed all three victims.  The suspects fled the scene prior to officers arriving.
