Lafayette Police Special Investigation Unit Make Arrest

Lafayette, LA- Lafayette Police Departments Special Investigation Unit have arrested three wanted fugitives in Lafayette.

20-year-old Ronald Guidry was apprehended on Wednesday, January 4 near the 200 block of Deer Street. Guidry was wanted for Aggravated Second Degree Battery for an incident that occurred December 25, 2016 on E Clinton Street. Guidry was booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center and has a $27,500 bond.
19-year-old Patrick Henry Jr. was apprehended on Thursday, January 5 near the 300 block of Delord St. after officers conducted an investigative traffic stop. During the traffic stop Henry was located inside a vehicle and found to be in possession of a firearm. Henry was arrested for actives warrants which included Aggravated Second Degree Battery, Armed Robbery, Carrying a Firearm on School Property, Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon, Illegal Discharge of a Weapon and Simple Criminal Damage to Property. Henry was booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center.  
15-year-old male juvenile wanted for Simple Escape and Burglary was also found inside the same vehicle with Henry. He was apprehended and booked into the Lafayette Parish Juvenile Detention Center.   
29-year-old Terri Johnson said to have been aiding Henry was also arrested for six counts of accessory after the fact for her role. Johnson was booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center.
With collaboration between LPD Special Investigation Unit and LPD Crime Suppression Unit, all suspects have been apprehended without incident
