SafeLight Violations

The fine for running a SafeLight traffic signal is $125. If the notice of violation is not paid or appealed within 40 days after the issue date of the notice of violation, then a $75 late penalty is added to the total cost.

There are no insurance points assessed for a SafeLight notice of violation.
