CLASS TITLE: PROGRAMMER ANALYST (Software Services)
MINIMUM STARTING PAY: HOURLY - $23.83-$29.79/DOE, MONTHLY - $4,130-$5,163/DOE
PURPOSE AND NATURE OF WORK
Incumbent meets with users to identify software needs; writes, modifies, tests, and troubleshoots software applications – both web-based and stand-alone – to meet the users’ needs; trains users on applications; and maintains application documentation. Position defines problems in computer applications and develops and tests possible solutions.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely-related field; work experience in computer programming and application design, development, and modification; work experience with C#, VB.Net, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
TYPE OF EXAMINATION
Rating of education and experience through a structured interview.
