Northside Pastor's Partnership

The Northside Pastors Partnership is an association of pastors, ministers, bishops and faith leaders who serve on the north side of Lafayette. Their purpose is to advise, and be in dialogue with, the Mayor-President, the Chief of Minority Affairs and other LCG Directors on issues that affect the spiritual, social and civic well-being of residents on Lafayette’s north side.

The Northside Pastors Partnership will:

  1. Collaborate with Lafayette Consolidated Government, and other local, state and federal agencies, to develop projects and initiatives that will improve the quality of life in Lafayette’s low and moderate-income neighborhoods and communities.
  2. Collaborate with businesses, foundations and other community stakeholders to promote neighborhood revitalization, community development and economic prosperity in Lafayette’s minority and underserved communities.
  3. Pursue grants (both public and private); business sponsorships and community reinvestment by area banks as sources for funding.
