STUTES ROAD BRIDGE CLOSURE

Lafayette, LA – Lafayette Consolidated Government (LCG)’s Traffic, Roads, and Bridges Department announces the closure of the bridge on Stutes Road located approximately 0.36 miles west of Lagneaux Road. The closure will take place from September 3, 2024, through March 1, 2025. This period will allow for replacement of the bridge, including the removal of a 20-foot timber bridge and installation of a double box culvert.

Detour routes will be clearly marked and available to ensure minimal disruption. Local access will be maintained throughout the closure period.
