Lafayette has advanced to the final public voting phase for a national Levitt Music Series Grant that could bring three years of free, professional outdoor concerts to the community beginning in 2026. Public voting begins Friday, Sept. 5 at 12:00 p.m. CT and runs through Sept. 15 at 7:00 p.m. CT. Community participation is a key factor in determining which cities are selected, with final recipients announced on November 18, 2025.
