The Facility Maintenance Division is responsible for the operation, maintenance and capital improvements (in part) of over 100 City-Parish facilities. This Division receives approximately 1750+ requests for service annually. The Administrative Section of this Division oversees and administers Capital Improvements Projects at various facilities of LCG. The Division is directly responsible for budget preparation and all aspects of maintenance operations at the Lafayette Parish Courthouse, Sheriff’s Department, former Parish Government Building, War Memorial Building, and City Hall. The Division also provides assistance to over 100 facilities in other Departments/Divisions.
