The Lafayette Parish Growth Plan is a long-range planning initiative designed to help ensure that future growth is supported by the infrastructure, services, and policies needed to sustain a high quality of life.

The plan will evaluate current development patterns, infrastructure capacity, community priorities, and growth trends to establish a framework for managing future growth while maintaining local control and protecting the interests of existing and future residents.
