Environmental Quality
The Environmental Quality Division's mission is to improve the quality of life and environment for all citizens of Lafayette Parish through comprehensive and dynamic recycling, composting and household waste programs, steadfast and equitable enforcement of local environmental codes, and by properly ensuring LCG's compliance with state and federal environmental regulations. The Division will consistently and professionally work with all citizens and organizations to strive for the improvement of the environment and protection of the Vermilion River Watershed.
