Request a Fire Report

The Lafayette Fire Department produces a fire report for all emergency responses. A copy of the fire report may be obtained by calling our office at the above number between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. The cost of the initial fire report is $5.00.

*A subpoena is required for the release of an investigative report and/or arrest report.
