Notices

Notices are mailed annually at the end of November and become delinquent after December 31st. At that time, we assess 1% interest per month and penalty will start in February.

Payment

All assessment must be paid in full. Partial payments are not accepted.

Parish Property Taxes

The Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office Web Tax Site offers the community the capability to view and/or pay their taxes online. You can pay your taxes with an E-Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards. A transaction fee will be applied for each option.

Tax Sale

The tax sale is held on the first Wednesday in June online. The tax sale list will be published in the local newspaper the two Sundays before the sale.
