A.A.B. Post Hearing Process

If you or your property has been found liable you will receive a Notice of Judgement. The Notice of Judgement will include what remedies must be taken and will give you timelines to bring the property into compliance.

Failure to timely pay any fines, fees, and/or penalties will result in a judgement being recorded against your property in the Mortgage records and the cost of the lien will be added to your property tax bill.

To avoid costs associated with those abatement actions the property should be brought into timely compliance. Proof of compliance must be submitted to the Compliance Division.
