Human Resources
The Human Resources section provides, through its staff of ten full time employees, employee and pay roll records, employee relations, and compensation services as well as policy administration on such matters as attendance, conditions of employment, performance evaluation, anti-harassment and related matters for a work census of 2,100. This section also provides LCG's interface with two civil service systems and four major retirement systems.
